Actress Shilpa Shetty has said she will pray for her nemesis, Bigg Boss contestant Jade Goody after Goody was diagnosed with cancer.

Goody is on her way back to Britain from Indian reality show Bigg Boss following the news of her test results. Now speculation is rife that item girl Sherlyn Chopra will take her place.

Sherlyn was approached earlier for the show, but she was dropped because she had asked Endemol India, the production house, to pay her several million rupees to stay in the Bigg Boss house.

She had even asked the production house to allow cameras to be installed in the bathrooms of the house so that she could flaunt her vast collection of colourful bikinis and inner wear while bathing.

In the meantime Shetty, who had been the victim of Goody's racist remarks during the British Celebrity Big Brother, expressed her concern for Goody's health.

"It is unbelievable how life is so unpredictable and finds a way to distract and derail you from your plans. My prayers are with Jade, her family in this hour, when they face one of the biggest tests of their life, in times ahead.

"I pray she comes out of this soon, and stronger. Hope that she is going back with happy memories from this country,” Shilpa said in a statement released Tuesday on behalf of Endemol India.
