Bad news: Your date with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his glitzy entourage on October 24 has been postponed.
But the good news is that your wait is just 24 hours longer. On October 25, SRK along with actors Katrina Kaif, Arjun Rampal, Anushka Dandekar and Ganesh Hegde will descend upon the Dubai Festival City Arena.
"We are expecting a footfall of more than 18,000 and so we thought it better to change the dates," says Oasis Promotions organiser Sangeeta Premaney.
Apart from the tweaking of the schedule, there’s been a tectonic shift in the artist line-up. Bollywood’s current favourite Kareena Kapoor has replaced the out-of-action queen bee Rani Mukherjee.
Though the ousting has been attributed to the change in dates, the grapevine is abuzz that it has a lot to do with the Mukherji’s dismal run at the box office this year. Will Kapoor bring her natural extension-cum-boyfriend Saif Ali Khan to Dubai?
