For ease of application and to facilitate follow-on procedures, all transactions and communications can be carried out electronically at DAFZA. Investors have the freedom to choose their own personnel. Upon finalisation, DAFZA will process visas, residence permits, health cards, medical reports, etc. DAFZA will also undertake to renew the health card every three years.
DAFZA will help company directors/managers obtain visas for families and dependents. The free zone will issue to companies who require the visas, all relevant documentation in connection with the opening of bank accounts, vehicle registration, driving licence, etc.
DAFZA offers day and night security services to all their tenants. Manned by trained professional staff and supported by the latest equipment, it spares no efforts, or expense, in offering the tenant the best.
Representative offices of the immigration and customs department are located within DAFZA. The customs office is open 24 hours to facilitate round-the-clock cargo clearance.
