Abu Dhabi: Mohammad Abdullah Al Kumaiti began the UAE's show jumping season on a winning note when he bagged the featured Class 8:A2 (One Round with Jump-Off) competition at Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club jumping arena over the weekend.
According to a press release from the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation, the Ajman Equestrian Club star was partnered by his favourite horse Al Mutawakel and completed a winning round in 30.80 seconds. He entered two horses in the main event and while winning on Al Mutawakel, the UAE national team jumper also finished fifth on Muhajer with a time of 34.59 seconds.
