Dubai: Rob Garner (3) and Colin Graham (6) will start as favourites in the men's division while Diane Halliwell (19) and Dina Boman (31) will be the ones to watch in the ladies division at the Individual Stableford tournament to be held at the Arabian Ranches Golf Club on Saturday.
The tournament, which is open only for golf club members, will have a shot gun start of 2 pm.
All players will be granted a full handicap allowance with prizes being awarded for the top scorers separately in the men's and ladies divisions. The course will be set up slightly different to the normal yardage just to add a little extra summer spice.
Elliott Gray commented: "We are now close to midway through our summer domestic calendar, through our weekend events and midweek socials we have hosted over 500 tournament rounds. Most of our events throughout the summer are Stableford which allows for a fairly swift round in the high tempretures"
