Ramallah: Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on Sunday told his Cabinet that it was a "disgrace" Israel has not acted on unauthorised settlements in the West Bank.
US President George W. Bush, during a visit to Israel on Wednesday, had told Olmert that the outposts "ought to go" after four years of promises.
Under the US-backed "road map" peace plan, Israel promised to take down about two dozen of the outposts settlers erected across the West Bank.
Israel has repeatedly said it intends to move against the outposts, but no serious action has been taken.
There are more than 100 of the outposts, which range from a single hilltop trailer to thriving communities numbering dozens of families.
