Dubai: How do you fancy bread with bomb for a bite?

Not the kind of breakfast one would relish, but Buns and Guns, a restaurant in Beirut, is serving dishes with a bang.

For a start the fast-food joint in the Lebanese capital's is made out to look like a military post, and diners eat to the sound of gunfire instead of muzak, reports BBC online.

Owner Yousuf Ebrahim presents a menu of Lebanese favourites like the 'rocket-propelled grenade' (chicken on a skewer) and 'terrorist bread' with the eatery's motto: "A sandwich can kill you."

"They accuse us of terrorism, so let's serve terrorist bread, why not?" Ebrahim told Hezbollah's Al Manar TV. "Business is good."

Other dishes include the Kalashnikov, Dragunov, Viper, B52, while realistic-looking weapons and ammunition decorate the counters, and camouflage netting hangs from the ceiling. "My goal was to make people laugh. And they do."
