Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has promoted 13 officers from the Dubai Civil Defence Department.
The promoted officers include Rashid Khalifa Bin from Major to Lieutenant, and Ebrahim Abdul Rahman Saif, Esmail Abdullah Ahmad, Jamal Ahmad Ebrahim, Juma Mohammad Mubarak, Rashid Hussain Ahmad, Abdul Rahman Bu Shalat, Othman Mohammad Ali, Ali Hassan Al Mutawa, Feras Mohammad Bel Hasa, Mattar Khalil Darwish, and Sulieman Yaqoub from Captain to major.
Khalifa Mohammad Saeed has been promoted from Lieutenant to First Lieutenant.
The promotion was announced by Lieutenant General Mussabah Rashid Al Fattan, Director of Shaikh Mohammad’s Office.
Lt. Gen Al Fattan said the move reflects Shaikh Mohammad's keenness to support and encourage the young generation of UAE officers, especially first and second line leaders, to give their best and serve their nation better.
