Dubai: Dubai Municipality's Umm Suqeim Centre has launched special e-kiosks and an electronic enquiry service for customers, the municipality on Thursday announced.

Customers will be able to get complete and quick responses on various queries about the services of the centre.

Customers can also download forms for services offered by different departments of the municipality.

Ameenah Ahmad Al Arif, head of Umm Suqeim Centre, said the e-kiosk will save customers time and effort.

Through the kiosk customers can register their remarks and suggestions regarding services at the centre.

They can also contribute in nominating and choosing the best employee in terms of customer service, by evaluating the performance of employees based on the criteria approved by the municipality.

It is the second e-service launched in the Umm Suqeim Centre, after it successfully implemented the digital token system that regulates the waiting process for customers at the centre.

In addition, the centre also submits electronic reports about the performance of counter staff by calculating the time taken by the employee to finish a transaction.
