Al Ain: It could be dusty in some parts of the country as weathermen expect moderate to strong south-easterly and north-easterly winds.
The winds would be blowing at five to 12 knots, but are expected to pick up speed of eight to 15 knots on Sunday afternoon.
"Wind speed may reach 18 knots, kicking up dust," said the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).
The maximum temperature has dropped below 40 degree Celsius across the emirates, heralding a seasonal change.
However, it would be relatively hot over the coasts and some interior areas during daytime. Humidity is also expected to increase, particularly at night and in the morning.
The NCMS also expect chances of low clouds over the eastern mountainous areas by Sunday afternoon. There are, however, no chances of rain.
Al Ain and Liwa recorded a maximum temperature of 39 degree Celsius, followed by 38 degree Celsius in Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah.
Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ajman recorded a maximum of 37 degree Celsius and Fujairah recorded 35 degree Celsius.
