The Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF) seeks out free medical care for Middle Eastern children who are unable to get the treatment they need.

The non-political, non-profit, tax-exempt organisation was established in 1991 by people in the US concerned about the medical and humanitarian crisis facing Palestinian youths.

The organisation has since expanded and now helps children in other Middle East countries who cannot, for economic or political reasons, get the treatment they require.

The PCRF locates, sponsors and runs volunteer medical missions to the Middle East in adult and paediatric cardiac surgery, paediatric cardiology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, maxillofacial surgery, paediatric urology, ophthalmology, vascular surgery, paediatric orthopaedic surgery, occupational therapy, and other specialties.

Since 1991 over 750 children have been or currently are being treated outside of the Middle East through the PCRF.

The PCRF helps to improve the quality of medical care in the Middle East by sending medical equipment and supplies to the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
