Celebrations are expected throughout the UAE, where cultural shows and fireworks displays are to be showcased starting on Saturday.

I plan to go to work and do my pending work.. the best part is I can utilise my time at work. I had enjoyed my Eid holiday by going outdoor so this time I will rather stay indoors.

I am proud be an Indian,more than that I am proud to say th at I am a resident of UAE. I salute the strong arms behind the success of this pleasant land where all nationalities are getting honoured, and with full freedom. On this occassion, I use this opportunity to wish all the UAE residents a plesant and joyful National Day.

I plan to visit the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi and pray for the leaders of the UAE. I will tour Abu Dhabi and then return to Dubai to celebrate at the Creek Park. And last, but not the least, have a barbecue party at Jumeirah Beach.
