Delicious aromas waft temptingly from the traditional live cooking stations in the Heritage Zone, located in the West Hal of Modhesh Fun City. There you'll find Bedouin women cooking mouth-watering dishes in a bustling kitchen.
Bite-sized delicacies are created within minutes as eager visitors devour plates of pancakes or logaiymat made with egg and flour.
Alternatively, they can sample fried dumplings or khamir and the all-time favourite, khuboos rigag, which resembles an Indian masala dosa. And soon to be included on the menu will be chibab, harees and dango or beans.
Selling like hotcakes, these traditional foods make such hearty snacks that it's hard to stop at one.
