Exciting musical events are coming up this weekend at the Global Village. In the Pakistan pavilion at the Rhythm Gala, sponsored by HUM Television, brings some of the best music acts to Dubai.
The show takes place this evening, with entertainment from Strings, Sajjas Ali, Ali Haider and Karavan Band. The festival, a mix of pop, folk, rock and traditional, will also feature well-loved acts such as Shahida Mini, Craze Band and Huma Khawaja. Entry to the concert is free. Winning moves
On January 20, visitors to the Global Village Theatre will have the opportunity to see some world-class Indian choreography performed by the winners of the hit TV show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
Mona Singh and Toby Fernandes will present their winning moves, while Shveta Salve will be dancing with Longi. Other performers include choreographers Rea, Bindi, Phiroz and Sonia.
The event starts at 9pm and lasts one hour.
