Dubai: Arabian Automobiles Company (AAC), the sole distributor of Nissan, Infiniti and Renault cars in Dubai and Northern Emirates, said it has launched its Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) promotion and plans to spend Dh6.5 million on promotional activities.

The company is projecting a 25 per cent increase in sales this month compared with last year's DSF.

During the month-long DSF, starting today, every Nissan buyers is guaranteed an instant gift voucher, ranging in value according to the model purchased. Customers can also enter a raffle to win one of 15 gift vouchers worth Dh20,000 each.

The winners of this raffle will be announced every week during the festival period, the company said.

Some may even win a second Nissan as all customers will also receive free tickets for the 'Nissan Grand Raffle' taking place during the DSF.

The Nissan Grand Raffle, organised by the DSF Office in cooperation with the AW Rostamani Group, a key sponsor of DSF 2008, will give shoppers a chance to win one brand new Nissan daily and three Nissan cars every Friday.

"To provide shoppers with a rewarding experience, we have introduced a unique and innovative approach in our offering," AAC CEO Michel Ayat said.

The DSF promotion also includes a home makeover for customers visiting the company's nine showrooms.

"We felt this was an ideal way to present the Nissan and AAC contribution to DSF. Now our customers have the chance to enjoy a home makeover that matches the class and quality of their new vehicle," Ayat said.
