Emirates has awarded a $8.8 million contract to Spatial Composite Solutions, the Dubai-based manufacturer of crew training equipment for the civil aviation and aero-space industries.
Mubadala Development Company and Germany's Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT), intend to set up a joint venture establishing an aviation training centre to be headquartered in Abu Dhabi, a statement said.
