Khalifa City is a residential suburb of Abu Dhabi and is divided into three areas, Khalifa City A, B and New Khalifa City. Khalifa City A is on the main highway to Dubai and lies about 30km from Abu Dhabi.

Khalifa City B is further inland and is near Bani Yas and Al Shawamikh. The New Khalifa City is planned between A and B.

Abu Dhabi has unveiled a DHs 28 bn towers project in Mohamed Bin Zayed City designed to house over 50,000 residents.  

The project calls for the development of 347 towers within five sectors of the city, each developed as self-contained living areas with retail and leisure facilities.

Al Raha Beach is a beachfront project being built along the Abu Dhabi-Dubai highway and will be located opposite Al Raha Gardens.

The DHs 54bn development is being built on reclaimed land at Al Raha Beach complex. It will serve as the new gateway to Abu Dhabi and accommodate 120,000 residents.
