I have been reading Gulf News for more than a year now. I got my job from the classifieds section of the paper. I continue to read the paper to update my knowledge about the region and other countries. Mahfooza Dubai,UAE Posted: December 01, 2007, 10:55
I used to read Gulf News since it was published in the form of a tabloid paper, then as a full size daily for some years. Occasionally I read its internet version. Varughese New York,US Posted: November 25, 2007, 03:26
I have been reading the Gulf News since 1983 and have been an ardent admirer of the paper. However, Gulf News has made me an addict to it and now I find it very difficult to start the day if I do not get the paper in time due to any reason. Dennis Sharjah,UAE Posted: November 21, 2007, 17:51
I lived in the GCC for the past 16 years, out of which eight years in the UAE. After moving to Canada one thing I am not ready to adjust to is the morning papers, I miss my beloved Gulf News. Michael Calgary,Canada Posted: October 14, 2007, 10:01
I have been reading Gulf News since 1998 until 2005, when I was in the Gulf (Muscat and Dubai). Now after coming back to India, I read it online regularly. It keeps me updated of all the news in the Gulf and especially in Dubai, of which I have great memories. I appreciate the good work done and for being quite a useful source of information to the general public. My hearty congratulations to Gulf News and its staff for its 30th anniversary. RK Delhi,India Posted: October 05, 2007, 15:54
I lived in Dubai for 18 years and I didn't miss Gulf News a single day. I still remember we received free re-launched Gulf News for nearly one year. Now I have been living in Adelaide for the last six years and I can't go to bed without reading on the net. My best wishes to the Gulf News team. Jerald Adelaide,Australia Posted: October 05, 2007, 14:51
The first time I set foot in Dubai was on November 16, 1992, and the first English language newspaper I had read was Gulf News, that was the newspaper I found at the doorstep of my hotel room. Gulf News was our major source of English daily events and information in the UAE for almost 15 years. As an assistant librarian of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, I have trusted the wide and fair coverage of Gulf News. Gulf News made a big difference in my career as librarian when I found an ad placed by Abu Dhabi University on it. The rest is history. I was hired and appointed the Librarian of the Abu Dhabi University. Aside from our institutional subscription to Gulf News, I personally subscribed to GN to enable me to keep abreast of the news early morning before going to the university. I read the GN every day when I lived in Dubai for over 12 years. Having recently moved to Perth, Australia I have kept in touch by reading GN and enjoy it. Don Perth,Australia Posted: October 03, 2007, 06:26
It has been a short while since I started reading Gulf News on the internet and I find it both informative and interesting. To retired people living in the West it is indeed excellent to be in touch with the East. I wish Gulf News all the best. Keep it up. S Mahfooz Orlando, Florida,USA Posted: October 02, 2007, 23:37
I read the Gulf News online everyday since I visited friends in Abu Dhabi in April 2007. It is a great newspaper - informative and full of interesting articles. Coleen Pretoria,South Africa Posted: October 02, 2007, 14:29
I remember the newly launched Gulf News way back when I was just 5 years old. I used to get up as early as 5am to catch the copy. Then, after the launch of Junior News it became my habit to eagerly wait for Thursday. The first page which I used to open was the middle paged pop celebrity poster in junior news. Afterwards, I graduated as an IT Engineer from a Sharjah University through an advert. in GN. Moreover, appointments section was my major source of job search after graduation. Now, working in UAE since 5 years, reading GN is my first job daily morning. I also purchased my first ever car through classifieds. I look forward to get more in my life from GN. Mansoor Sharjah,UAE Posted: October 02, 2007, 10:59

I lived in Sharjah for over 20 years. I remember reading Gulf News way back in 1986 when I was around 8 years old. My favourite used to be Junior News. I still read the online edition in Karachi with great interest every morning. Keep up the good work and thanks for being there! Asif Karachi,Pakistan Posted: October 01, 2007, 08:46
It has been five years since I left Dubai to live in Sydney, but there has not been a week that I have not read Gulf News online and because of that I feel that I haven't left. When I have guests from the UAE, they are amazed by how tuned in I am about what has happened there on a day to day basis. Satish Sydney,Australia Posted: October 01, 2007, 05:50
I have been reading Gulf News for 25 years. I have even won a Dh1000 in a Gulf News contest almost 20 years ago. Although I have left Dubai, Gulf News online makes me feel lie I am still in Dubai. Leyakat Toronto,Canada Posted: October 01, 2007, 03:26
I have been an avid reader of Gulf News ever since their relaunch in 1985. Earlier on it was a ragtag newspaper but new life was put in it since its relaunch and I am still a regular reader. Of late the whole appearance of the newspaper has changed for the better. Melwyn Sharjah,UAE Posted: October 01, 2007, 02:06

I left Dubai in April 2007 to settle in Toronto, but I still read Gulf News on line everyday first thing. I can say the news is up to date, language is not very technical and on whole paper is very informative. It is projected very professionally - Wish Gulf News be part of everyone's life.
