Picasso Abu Dhabi An exceptional selection of the works of Pablo Picasso, spanning all periods and styles in the career of the 20th century's signature artist, will be presented in Abu Dhabi in the first major Picasso exhibition ever mounted in the Middle East. The exhibition, titled Picasso Abu Dhabi: Masterpieces from the Musée National Picasso, Paris, is drawn exclusively from the singularly important holdings of the Musée National Picasso, Paris, which came directly from the artist's studios. There will be 183 works shown, including paintings, sculptures and works on paper.

Wish You Were Exhibition B21 will host the third solo show titled Wish You Were of Dubai-based Palestinian painter Jeffar Khaldi. His work is both confronting and compassionate, presenting a striking blend of personal mythology, craftsmanship and intuition. Khaldi's use of color, a rich mix of bright and warm tones, casts a blithe veil over the anxious tension that man has brought to his environment.

A Night at The 3 Poles Dubai-based adventurer Adrian Hayes will host A Night at the 3 Poles to mark his remarkable achievement of becoming only the 15th person ever to reach the Earth's three extremes. The North Pole, South Pole and Mt. Everest. At this presentation charity dinner to raise awareness for the Children's Hope Foundation and Friends of Cancer Patients, Hayes will speak about realism of his 1130km polar quest across the Antarctic continent to the South Pole, his trek from northern Canada across the Arctic Ocean to the North Pole, and his ascent of Mount Everest.

First ESWC Championship Game Frontier will organise the first Electronic Sports World Cup United Arab Emirates Championship for 2008. While there will be pre-qualifiers in Dubai prior to the tournament, the UAE finals will be held at the CES/Hometech show. The UAE winners will go on to the international finals in San Jose, California, this summer, where players from around the world will compete in games that include CounterStrike, Quake III, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne and more. The Game Zone will feature PC games, console games and mobile game areas.
