Dubai: The monthly allowances of UAE students sent by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to study outside the country will be doubled, in line with the instructions of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and orders of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

The generous initiative, which comes into effect from March 1, aims to help students sent by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research cope with the increasing expenses worldwide, and stems from the keen interest of the leaders to provide a decent life and psychological stability for students to allow them to study and succeed as their nation and their families are waiting for them.
