Dubai: Dubai-based real estate development company Fortune Group is set to hand over its maiden Dh170 million Fortune Tower project by the end of the year.

Malaysia-based IJM Corporation has finished construction on 32 of the freehold commercial tower's 35 storeys and interior work has started.

The Jumeirah Lake Towers project, which company officials claim was sold out in the first four months of its launch, offers 450,000 square feet of office space across 254 office units and a revolving restaurant.

Ahmad Khoury, chairman of Fortune Group, said: "We are happy with the way this project has shaped up as well as the pace of construction and look forward to handing over the tower for occupancy by the end of this year. Dubai has gained significance as a global business hub and Fortune Tower was conceived to meet the growing demand for office facilities that emanated out of this fact."
