British Airways has launched a "free flight to London" offer for passengers flying from Abu Dhabi to London or onward to destinations in Europe, the US or Canada. The offer is valid for travel from Abu Dhabi between February 1 and April 30. The return journey can be completed by July 31. Eligibility to earn the reward ticket is open to new and existing members of the British Airways Executive Club who are flying in First or Club World cabins. The reward flight will be in the same cabin as the qualifying flight. For example, customers flying in Club World from Abu Dhabi to the UK or the US will be awarded 80,000 bonus BA miles with this offer, which is equivalent to one return Club World reward flight to London.
These BA Miles can also be used to upgrade one's next journey to a higher cabin or as part cash, part miles to buy tickets. Travellers who are not members of the British Airways Executive Club can simply enrol online now by going to www.ba.com, after which they can also benefit from this offer. Commenting on the promotion, British Airways manager for UAE Deborah Frampton said, "Our 'free flight to London' offer is an opportunity for travellers to enjoy our service with the added bonus of a reward ticket that can be used at a later date."
